Columnist Ramon Tulfo claims big time deals are the main course of crooked government officials while they dine in what he called as the most expensive restaurant in the Philippines.
Tulfo is referring to Wow Cow Club House in at the Bonifacio Global City where the average price for 10 people wining and dining is P1 million.”
Citing sources from the “intelligence community”, Tulfo reported that Wow Cow, which offers only two sets of menu at P10,000 to P15,000 per head, was the go to meeting place of “corrupt government officials and people who vie for big government projects.”
“After the corrupt officials gorge on the restaurant’s expensive menu, the unholy alliance between the officials and deal-seekers take place. President Digong might be surprised who among his people have dined at Wow Cow with some deal-seekers,” said Tulfo in his column in Manila Times.
