Century Properties managing director Robbie Antonio was sued as the owner of Revolution Precrafted Properties Philippines, Inc., which is involved in the construction of prefabricated homes.

Named as the bilyonaryo’s co-respondents in the complaint were: Precious Aceveda, corporate treasurer; Bryan Ronquillo, company director, and Michael Bilgera, corporate secretary.

The complaint accused Antonio of demanding a total of P150 million from the contractors to become Revolution’s preferred suppliers.

After receiving the money, however, the company stopped dealing with the contractors, who were mostly small and medium businessmen.

The contractors duped by Antonio said they repeatedly tried to get their money back from Revolution, but were given the runaround by the company.

Bilgera met with the complainants at the NBI’s office and told them that Century Properties was “trying its best to help.” However, he did not say if and when the contractors will get their money back.

Bilyonaryo asked Bilgera if Antonio has left the country amid the charges he is facing, but received no response.
