Vitarich Corp. (VITA) has tapped a new executive with more than 20 years experience in banking.
The Sarmiento family’s poultry and feeds maker named Maria Alicia Arnaldo as its executive vice president and chief financial officer effective December 3.
In the last four years, the Ateneo Management Engineering graduate was an independent senior management consultant for finance and strategy for firms in banking and financial services, technology, and business process outsourcing.
Arnaldo used to be the CFO of EastWest Banking, Asia United Bank, and Philippine Bank of Communications. She was also deputy CFO of the then International Exchange Bank (now Union Bank of the Philippines) from 2000 to 2006.
